Chaz Bundick, having earned his BFA in Graphic Design from the University of South Carolina, seemed acutely aware of the need to evolve his artistic identity. Where Causers of This was built from samples, its follow-up was recorded primarily with live instruments at his home in Columbia, South Carolina, between February and September 2010.
