Running KLC and creating a basic Kontakt library

(KLC 1.2, often called “KLC Free”):

(double-click).

Before opening KLC, make sure your samples are perfectly organized. Create a main folder named after your library, and inside it, create subfolders for Samples , Instruments ( .nki ), and Resources . 2. Generate the NICNT File Open KLC and navigate to the tab. Enter your Library Name .

Enter a Library Name and Company Name . These will appear in your Kontakt sidebar.
