Discografia Unreleased | Red Hot Chili Peppers

A heavy, guitar-driven track with a massive wall of sound. While it found its way onto some single releases, alternative mixes and extended studio takes remain unreleased.

The sprawling Stadium Arcadium sessions yielded 38 completed songs, 28 of which made the final double album. The remaining 10 tracks were released as a separate collection of B-sides, unofficially known as the "Venus" album. Highlights include the melancholic "Joe" (a tribute to Joe Strummer), "Save This Lady," and the infectious "Million Miles of Water." red hot chili peppers discografia unreleased

For nearly eighteen years, "Circle of the Noose" existed only as a rumor, a legend passed down among hardcore fans. A rough mix of the song circulated in rare collector's circles, becoming one of the most sought-after bootlegs in the band's history. Then, in February 2016, the song finally surfaced. A YouTube user under the handle "rhcptv5" uploaded the five-minute track, and the authenticity of the recording was swiftly confirmed by none other than Dave Navarro himself, who reacted on Twitter with a nostalgic "WOW, what a trip down memory lane!". The leak was a monumental event for the fan community, finally giving the world a glimpse of what the Chili Peppers might have sounded like in a post- One Hot Minute , pre- Californication world. To this day, "Circle of the Noose" remains the ultimate symbol of lost potential in the band's history, a hauntingly beautiful ghost of a record that never came to be.
