A direct sequel to the fourth film, Bloodlines takes place in a small West Virginia mining town. A group of teenagers wandering into the woods are captured by the cannibal family. The local sheriff (Doug Bradley) attempts to intervene, but the cannibals are far more organized and brutal than he anticipates. This film is noted for its particularly gruesome death scenes and the introduction of a new, older antagonist.
