Before searching for a download, log into your NVR and go to:
Use a USB flash drive (16GB or smaller) formatted to FAT32 .
This is the most reliable method, especially if your NVR is crashing or having connectivity issues.
: If software methods fail entirely, accessing the device's internal hardware via JTAG to reinstall the firmware is a last resort.
Sometimes a major firmware jump resets network configurations. Go to the Video Manage screen, click Refresh , and then click Match Code to re-pair your wireless cameras to the NVR base station.
