Because these drivers are often not available through Windows Update and can be buried on manufacturer websites, I have created this helpful guide to get your cutter running.

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers . 2. Click Add a printer . Choose "The printer that I want isn't listed" at the bottom. 3. The "Printers" list should now show GOLDCUT JK Series . Select it and click Next . 8. Follow the prompts to complete installation. Choose "Do not share this printer" and finish. 9. Now, in Devices and Printers , right-click the GOLDCUT JK Series printer and select Printer properties . 10. Go to the Ports tab. You will see a list. Find the COM port number you noted from Device Manager (e.g., COM3). Check the box next to it and click Apply , then OK .
