The documentary Of the (Sic): Your Nightmares, Our Dreams offered an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the 1999 touring cycle. Composed of grainy, first-person camcorder footage, it showed the exhausting reality of living inside the masks, the backstage injuries, and the explosive fan devotion that turned the band into a global phenomenon. The 2009 tour was Paul’s last full, healthy run with the band. He died on May 24, 2010. Suddenly, the became a time capsule of the original nine members in their prime.
