Spray a small amount of electrical contact cleaner directly into the gaps of the rotary volume switch. Spin the dial back and forth 30 to 40 times to clear out dust, oxidation, and carbon buildup.
The Creative Gigaworks T3 uses a (not a simple analog potentiometer). Unlike old-school volume knobs that physically move carbon tracks, the T3 pod sends digital pulses to the subwoofer’s amplifier board to tell it to go up or down.
