After a long hiatus, Studio 100 announced in December 2023 that the classic musical would be revived once more, exclusively for a summer run in the in Plopsaland De Panne . The new version, which premiered on June 30, 2024 , was a nostalgic yet modernized tribute to the company’s roots. The production featured state-of-the-art technology, including moving LED screens that created diverse and dynamic backdrops for the show.

Perhaps the most striking aspect of the new production was its state-of-the-art staging. The set was dominated by that created a dynamic and immersive visual experience. These screens seamlessly transformed into seven different castle locations, four palace gardens, three forest scenes, the dwarfs' cottage, and the face of the magic mirror. The special effects were also a crowd-pleaser, most notably the terrifying appearance of a life-sized dragon with glowing red eyes that flew onto the stage, eliciting genuine gasps of fright from young audience members.
